Company History

Management Advantage began as a 2-person operation in January of 2003 with the management contract for a 200-unit golf course community and several other rental properties. The company’s success in management of these properties led to the addition of a large student community in January of 2004. This property was in dire need of an experienced and effective management company. With our help, the property is now one of the most successful student housing communities in the West Lafayette area.

In January of 2006, the decision was made to incorporate the business with the name Management Advantage, Incorporated. Having developed a proven track record with a portfolio of well-managed properties, the year 2006 resulted in great growth for the company. Another 182 units were added in June, with 225 more units added in August. August of 2006 also brought the procurement of a 160 unit duplex community in Greenfield, Indiana.

The Management Advantage, Inc portfolio has continued to increase in size and now includes management of over 1,000 units, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and 18 single family homes. Our management formula has allowed for success in the management of our current properties. With over 27 years experience in the industry, we look forward to continued growth and success.
